Hogs for Humanity 2025

Join the Intermountain Electrical Association for our annual Hogs for Humanity charity ride—an inspiring day of community, generosity, and remembrance—honoring the life of Jaxen Ray Christensen.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, August 24, 2025
• Start & End Location: Marleys in Lindon
• Time: Meet at 9am, Kickstands up at 9:30am
• Lunch: Lunch served around Noon (ride begins and ends at Marley’s)
• Police Escort: Provided by Summit County

Registration and Sponsorships:

Registration is $55 for Riders and police-escorted scenic ride, Hogs for Humanity T-shirt, raffle ticket, and lunch. $25 for additional passengers (also includes lunch), $20 for Non-Riders/Lunch Only, and $10 for raffles. We encourage you to register early and consider becoming a sponsor to support this cause.

This Year’s Ride is Dedicated to Jaxen Ray Christensen

Jaxen was a bright, creative, and courageous 11-year-old boy who touched everyone he met. A blue advanced belt in karate, a gifted artist, and a master LEGO builder, Jaxen filled every room with joy. He loved video games, spooky shows like Stranger Things and Goosebumps, and spending time with his siblings and dogs.

Diagnosed with osteosarcoma at age 9, Jaxen faced every challenge with unmatched bravery. After losing his leg, enduring painful lung surgeries, and fighting through multiple rounds of chemo and immunotherapy, Jaxen and his family chose to focus on joy, love, and living each day to the fullest. Sadly, Jaxen has since passed away, but his light and legacy live on.

This year, we ride in his honor—with proceeds helping his family cover remaining medical expenses and celebrate the strength he showed every single day.
