“Guest Speaker” Randy Rigby

Randy Rigby is the former president and CEO of the Utah Jazz and the LHM Sports & Entertainment Group of Companies. Rigby’s career for the Jazz spanned a 30 year period of which 10 of those years as the President and CEO. Mr Rigby was re- sponsible for the strategic direction of the Jazz and the sports group which included the Salt Lake Bees, The Zone Radio sta- tions, Vivint Arena, KJZZ TV, All-Star Catering, Fanzz stores (120 locations in 20 plus states), Megaplex Theatres and Miller Sports Park. The Utah Jazz is one of the most respected teams in the NBA for their performance both on and off the court. Mr. Rigby in the last 3 years was responsible for the hir- ing of key personnel, General Manager Dennis Lindsey, Coach Quin Snyder, acquiring the new D-League Salt Lake

Stars, bringing back the NBA Summer League and providing the largest cable contract in Jazz his- tory. Mr. Rigby currently owns several small businesses, developing real estate in Utah, consulting various businesses and serves on various profit and non profit boards. He graduated in business management from BYU with an emphasis in finance and marketing. Rigby is married for 39 years to his wife Sandra and they are the parents to 5 children and 13 grandchildren. In his free time he enjoys fly fishing, golf and travel.
